WARRANTY POLICY

SAFEIndustrial products are designed, tooled and manufactured by BrandSAFE Protection Limited in the UK and or its extensive supply chain and sub-manufacturing partners.

Product warranty applies to all products sold based a 12 months from date of shipping.
Protection & Safety products by design are often sacrificial in their purpose of protecting buildings and equipment from damage and or pedestrians from injury.

Our product warranty relates only to defects in manufacturing, and failure of parts deemed a defect in the materials, fabrication/production and assembly of the product. Damage to the products from collision by mechanical handling equipment and or vehicles do not form part of the warranty and are therefore not eligible for return, replacement and or refund. SAFEIndustrial.co.uk Protection Limited reserve the right to refuse refunds and replacement on this basis.

Product warranty relates to the product itself only. Cost of carriage and handling do not form part of warranty and relating return, replacement and refunds, however should the product be clearly defective from manufacture we will typically waiver carriage and handling costs.

Product warranty does not cover installation costs, removal and or refit costs and any other associated charges or liabilities relating to the implementation, installation, use and maintenance of protection and safety products for industrial buildings and other relevant applications.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL – 48 HOURS POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Goods deemed damaged or defective on arrival should be reported to accounts@safeindustrial.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.

Any obvious signs of transit damage will require a photograph and full report as to the nature of the damage and off-loading process.

If exchange is agreed, a formal RETURNS NO. will be issued so that the goods can be correctly handled efficiently on return to our warehouse and production facility on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

MISSING ON ARRIVAL – 48 HOURS POLICY

Goods deemed short supplied on arrival, should be reported to accounts@safeindustrial.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.

All delivery paperwork will be accompanied by an internal quality checking document confirming who picked and QC checked the shipping of the consignment/order.

Please check off all equipment against this document, highlight the missing items, scan and send this document and full reported details to accounts@safeindustrial.co.uk.

To improve our efficiency with handling your query, a photograph of the goods in question will significantly improve our ability to swiftly deal with your order query.

Any obvious sign that the consignment has been tampered with and or damaged prior to your receipt will require a photograph and full report (as to the nature of the potential missing items and or damage to goods) together with copies of all paperwork.

RETURNS POLICY

GOODS NOT REQUIRED RETURNS 30 DAY POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

RE-SALEABLE CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon receipt of returned product – SAFEIndustrial reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product (s) are deemed un-saleable. In this unlikely scenario a full return, warranty and quality report will be generated including photographic evidence of the reason for refusal.

EXEMPTIONS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned;
Special Fabrication Products (made to specific customer requirements)
Cut to Length Products (made to specific customer requirements)
Customised Products (made to specific customer requirements)
Site Specific Kitted Orders (made to specific customer requirements)
Bulk Products Manufactured to meet large quantity supply requirements that potentially put unreasonable stock liability on SAFEIndustrial
Several types of goods are subject to a 17.5% handling charge (to cover original assembly, kitting, picking, packing and despatch/handling, re-stocking and administration of your returned product);

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and where appropriate a photograph of the goods showing the re-saleability of the goods.

If exchange is agreed, a formal RETURNS NO. will be issued so that the goods can be correctly handled efficiently on return to our warehouse and production facility on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

SALE ITEMS (Specials)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

REDFUNDS – NOTIFICATION ON RECEIPT OF GOODS 48 HOURS POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit account, credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Finance team at accounts@safeindustrial.co.uk

Please contact SAFEIndustrial’s accounts team to discuss the reason for return and requested replacement.
If replacement of goods is agreed, a unique returns reference will be issued.

This will be confirmed back formally with a estimated shipping date of replacement product (s) within 24 hours.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping cost, together with any applicable handling charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

REGISTERED POST

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
