SAFEIndustrial operate a secure on-line instant payment process using exclusively PayPal Services.
You can pay directly with your PayPal account or utilizing PayPal as the secure agent to pay by Debit and or Credit Cards.
ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PAYMENT
By cheque – this will require receipt by our main office and factory facility and paid into our business bank account and allowing sufficient time for the cheque to be cleared funds transacted and showing in our business account. This may take 5 to 7 working days when allowing for postage and cashing cheques at our business bank.
BACS can be arranged separately by contacting our Product Sales Team and we will handle your requirements as a direct quote, invoice and payment process (off-line).

FREE DELIVERY TO UK POSTCODES
SAFEIndustrial.co.uk provide all products with Free-of-Charge shipping. This applies to all UK mainland postcodes. For Scotland, Islands and other remote locations – specific shipping charges will apply based on location, delivery service required, weights, dimensions and type of vehicle (dedicated and or pallet or parcel service).

To avoid over inflating our published costs we will capture any customer on-line ordering at the ‘Checkout’ page and route you to our Product Sales Team. We will discuss your specific shipping requirements for all purchases being made with delivery points outside of the UK. We will then
DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND GREAT SERVICE
We aim to make your trading experience with SAFEIndustrial as simplistic and as hassle free as possible. We strive to show great transparency in all we do for our customers, no hidden details or costs and ultimately an impressive service. Repeat business, recommendation and referral are core to our business culture.
We will always aim to deliver our products to you between 48 and 72 hours (2-3 working days) from receipt of order (placed before 12pm/midday Monday to Friday). Weekends are not deemed work days and therefore as standard orders received before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm for standard delivery.
RAPID RESPONSE DELIVERY PRODUCTS
Rapid Response products are available for next day delivery for all orders received before 12pm /midday (Monday – Friday). A premium is charged for this service and you will have the option at the checkout page to select this option. Please note for orders placed before 12pm/midday on a Friday delivery is made on the following Monday.
Please note – not all products are rapid response. Each product page will show those items that are Rapid Response – the delivery premium will only apply to rapid response items. You will see the term Rapid Response advise on each applicable product page.
BULK ORDERING, ASSEMBLY AND COMPLEX KITTING – DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TBA
For certain orders involving high quantities, assembly and or custom kitting, extended lead-times on delivery may apply. Any orders that have extended delivery dates will be acknowledged same working day as order received or for late received orders acknowledgement will be made AM the following day.
CUSTOMER DELIVERY POINT ACCESS AND GOODS RECEIVING
Goods will either be delivered by Pallet or Parcel service.
When placing your on-line order for large products and or bulk items please ensure that you have suitable access for our Heavy Goods Vehicle (up to 44 ton gross weight) when arriving at the delivery point. You will need efficient and sufficient off-loading safe areas for our delivery vehicle and suitable off-loading mechanical handling equipment (forklift).
For parcel service this will typically be by commercial van or lorry – typical weights will be up to 18 Ton gross weight.
Please notify us of any access issues or inability to accept delivery from certain types of vehicle such as side loading trailers when ordering either on the Checkout page by completing the details in the Order Notes section or when we contact you to acknowledge your order.
We urge all our customers to ensure delivery arrangements are robust. If deliveries are refused and or the provision of forklift and other methods of off-load are not in place at point of delivery, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
Please also be aware that all delivery methods have maximum waiting times at customer sites when making deliveries. We will do all we can to ensure this process is smooth and that we complete our service to efficiently.
